Huh. It's the tenth episode of The Cloister Room, a podcast about Doctor Who and other things. This week, the "Doctor Who" is "Blood of the Daleks," a two-part Big Finish audio play featuring Paul McGann as the Eighth Doctor. The "Other Things" refers to Firefly! Next week, we'll be talking about the Ninth Doctor story "Dalek." The week after that we'll be talking about a Tenth Doctor story... of your choosing! Comment here on this post, or leave an @ reply for @TheCloisterRoom on Twitter telling us which we should discuss. Oh, and be sure to let us know what you think of the podcast, through either of those ways or by e-mail at thecloisterroom@gmail.com. Topics covered: 00:00-03:32 - Introduction 03:33-09:43 - Blood of the Daleks 09:44-10:55 - Next week 10:56-13:13 - News 13:14-24:45 - Firefly 24:46-end - Outroduction

Hey handsome There has to be a wireless bluetooth for the apple iphone apart from the new iphone 4 wireless bluetooth plus the JAW BONE wireless bluetooth? I'm interested in anything a little bit less inside price. The jawbone wireless headset it is my opinion can be $100 or perhaps a bit more and the The apple company Bluetooth is actually $130. Can anybody know if you have a Bluetooth designed to work with my iPhone, I see everyone purchasing a good deal using headphones regarding similar to 40, sixty even $80 bucks... Please help! Thanks for your insight!

Arrgh, I *knew* it was gonna be "Dalek". DX Oh, well... Good ep, fellas. It's always a treat to hear some solid commentary on Big Finish audiodramas (which is exactly how I got hooked on the Flashing Blade; well, that and Jo!). Glad to know that my initial impression last week was wrong. Also enjoyed the Firefly commentary, especially in the context of Buffy & Angel. I was a bit surprised you didn't mention the fact that Whedon & Co. had established the "Firefly Secondary Employment Agency" in the wake of the show's untimely cancellation, leading to the appearances of Nathan Fillion on Buffy's final season and Gina Torres & Adam Baldwin on Angel season 4 and 5, respectively, not to mention Jewel Staite on Wonderfalls (which Tim Minear was exec producing with creator Bryan Fuller). Word of advice, if I may. If there is some aspect of DW news you don't want to discuss, please don't bring it up. It's as easy as that. Any subject for which you have no interest isn't going to make for good listening. Now, which Tenth Doctor episode is worthy of your time? I would guess "Blink" will be getting lots of votes, but I'm going with Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead.
