Flake ice is really a excellent option for supermarkets, delis along with other locations which will be displaying food but will need to preserve it ice cold. Preserve in thoughts that flake ice is often a lot closer to snow than to actualice making machine equipment, so this sort of ice normally just isn't utilized for serving in drinks unless you are producing slushies or shaved ice. At 819 lbs, this can be a fairly huge Tube ice machine so you ought to actually think about just how much you will be making use of it and for what application. That stated, fish, shrimp, scallops as well as other seafood will appear truly good when presented on a bed of white ice and clients will know that the food has been kept within the appropriate atmosphere.
